Teach back or Teach to Learn method:

“After learning the material, grab a peer and teach each other your knowledge on the subject. The best way to demonstrate that you understand the concepts, is to teach it back to another student. This is something I say to all my students that I teach.

Additionally, being able to visualise the anatomy of the human body, helps with the understanding anatomical topics. That’s why it is essential that we have the Anatomy Lab for the students.”

Favourite study technique / Study tip for students

“Get your peers and friends into a study group, start discussing the topic and teaching each other your knowledge. As you must teach someone, you will have to break the topic down into its components and understand the relation between each piece of knowledge.

Also prioritise sleep, must students don’t understand the benefit of having a good sleep schedule and how detrimental fatigue can be to studying.

Never cram last minute knowledge before an exam, it’s a waste of your time. Rather understand your deadlines and manage your time wisely.”
