Join the ‘Uni Connections’ mentoring program

Building your professional profile

It’s never too early to start thinking about your future!

The Uni Connections mentoring program will give you the opportunity to build your peer and professional networks, develop your employability skills and enhance your job readiness!

This peer to peer, flexible online mentoring program allows you to sign up as a mentor or mentee and be matched with a suitable buddy, where you will participate in a one-hour online session each week over six weeks, with access to interactive activities and resources. If you are interested in continuing the program after the first six weeks, you can register again as either a mentor or mentee and be assigned a new buddy!

Join the program as a mentor

As a mentor, you will support current students who are interested in developing their career goals and aspirations. This program is also designed to give you the opportunity to build your employability and leadership skills and add these to your resume.

Mentors will receive access to specialised professional development and skills masterclasses. To be eligible to become a mentor you must be either a student in your second year or above, or a postgraduate.

Join the program as a mentee

Are you looking for that extra bit of support while navigating study and contemplating your future career goals?

This program will provide you with a dedicated mentor who will help you work towards your professional goals and strengthen your employability skills for the future. All ongoing students can sign up as a mentee whether you’re studying online or on campus!
