Written by Stephanie Kowarzik

After a busy week of Orientation for commencing students and a busy weekend of unpacking for returning students, it will be time for the start of another year of study. Luckily Charles Sturt has you covered for activities and fun in the first week to help you ease back into it!

Every campus will hold their annual Clubs and Market Day in the first week back. This is the perfect time for all students, commencing and continuing, to take a look at the clubs that are up and running for the year ahead. Nearly all courses have a course specific club or association that all students are encouraged to join to be able to meet other students, learn more about their industry and join in on activities and events throughout the year.

Each campus also has an abundance of sports and other extracurricular clubs that students can sign up for to take a break from work and studies and to meet like-minded people. Don’t forget to collect your tote bags full of goodies and grab a free lunch while you’re there!

There are some campus specific activities happening in week one – see below for what you can get involved in on your campus!
