About the Strive Skills Forums series
This three-part series will help prepare you to be an effective leader now and in the future. You will also develop skills that will help you navigate change – both at home and in the workforce. The three forums are free for all students and feature inspiring speakers.

Who is speaking?
Sophie Renton, McCrindle
Sophie Renton is a social researcher, trends analyst and Team Leader of Research at the internationally recognised McCrindle. As an experienced researcher, Sophie understands how evidence-based insights can help people to thrive amid change.
Josh Farr, Campus Consultancy
Josh Farr, who is the founder and owner of Campus Consultancy, understands the importance of self-reflection and is passionate about helping student leaders develop the skills needed for success. Originally from Orange NSW and formally an engineer with experience in graduate recruitment, Josh founded Campus Consultancy in 2017 to empower young leaders and future leaders with leadership and emotional intelligence as well as entrepreneurial skills and mindsets.
