Summary:

In 2021, there’s some exciting things happening at Student Central.

Student Central has always been the first point of contact for students. Whether you’re battling an enrolment issue, can’t find your classroom or want to know more about sports and clubs, they’re the ones you ask.

In 2021, there’s some exciting things happening at Student Central.

Skip the queue when you book online

From Monday 15 March 2021, you’ll be able to book a face-to-face appointment on campus with a Student Central team member. The new booking system means you won’t have to wait in line at our front counters, and you have more control over the time and date of your booking.

Each appointment goes for 30 minutes and this service is available on all campuses. You can also provide Student Central staff with further information at the time of booking, so that you can hit the ground running when you arrive.

You can access the new booking form from your Student Portal.

New drop-in hours

Student Central drop-in hours will also be a little different this year.

If you’re on the Wagga Wagga, Bathurst and Port Macquarie campuses, you can catch up with the Student Central crew from 9:30-11am and 2:30-5pm on weekdays.

If you’re on the Dubbo, Albury and Orange campuses, you’ll need to book an appointment with a staff member to catch us on campus.

Other ways to get in touch

If you’re studying online or don’t have time to get to campus, don’t worry. You can still catch us online using the chat function, on the phone or by email.

If you’ve got a quick question, search our FAQs. You might find your answer there.
