Jobs board
The new jobs board is home to a huge range of employment opportunities including graduate jobs and programs, part-time jobs and internships. Whether you’re a new student or you’re about to graduate, check the jobs board regularly to see what’s on offer.
You can also take a quiz while you’re there to see how employable you are. The Employability Assessment asks you a few quick questions to determine your level of confidence and what advice you’ll benefit from most. From there, register for a workshop or browse courses and tools to help you on your way to your dream career.
Workshops to build your skills
Get the skills and experience you need to hit the ground running when you graduate with the Careers and Skills Hub’s workshops. From goal setting and building connections through to time management, job hunting and interview skills, these free workshops are available throughout the year.
Mentoring
Did you know Charles Sturt has a mentoring program? You can sign up to become a mentor or if you are seeking some support you can join as a mentee. Mentoring is a great way to give and receive guidance from fellow students.
Book an appointment
The Careers and Skills Hub offers free, one-on-one appointments with Careers and Skill Development Officers to provide support tailored to your needs. They specialise in strategies to build your employability skills to help you prepare for work.
