Maximising student success in a post-COVID world

EdX returns 18 – 20 November 2020
Summary:

Charles Sturt’s premier learning and teaching conference, Charles Sturt EdX, will be held on 18 to 20 November 2020.

Charles Sturt’s premier learning and teaching conference, Charles Sturt EdX, is returning on 18 – 20 November 2020.

Current staff and students are invited to join the online conference, share experiences and ideas, and hear from keynote speaker, Professor Mick Healey.

This year the university is focusing on student centredness. What can the university do to ensure students like us receive meaningful, job-relevant and high-quality learning that equips us with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values to achieve our goals and own our future?

Be part of Charles Sturt EdX

What’s most important in these conversations? Our student voice! Share your questions and your discoveries by submitting a proposal for a paper, a podcast, an interactive discussion, a symposium, a quick talk or a poster. You can present alongside university staff, contribute as a team, or on your own.

Professor Mick Healey will also present an interactive session, sharing his ideas on enhancing student success through student-staff partnerships on the morning of 19 November – and he’s keen for you to be part of the session.

Key themes for this year’s Charles Sturt EdX

  • Maintaining wellbeing through uncertainty: building resilience
  • Thriving and succeeding beyond 2020’s challenges: student success
  • Harnessing the lessons from 2020: reimagining learning at Charles Sturt
